For this recipe, you need a few boiled potatoes, cut them into pieces and then shallow fry them. Once they turn golden brown, take them and then toss them well in chutney and some spices. Top it off with a little bit of lemon juice. And here's your street style aloo chaat.
2. Healthy Corn Bhel
If you are someone who is looking for an healthy alternative to evening snacks, then you gotta try this healthy corn bhel. For this recipe, all you need is some boiled corn, chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, chillies, coriander and some lemon juice. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and mix them well. Top it up with some chaat masala if you want and your bhel is ready to be served.
3. Mix Fritters
Fritters are the most delectable and lip smacking snack that we deserve in the monsoon. For this recipe, take one potato, one onion, chillies and coriander. Chop the onion, potato and chillies in small pieces and keep aside. In a bowl, take some gram flour and add water to it and make a thick batter. Then add the chopped ingredients to it and add the coriander and spices as well. Mix well and fry them till crisp and golden brown.
4. Onion Rings
Another totally worth it snack on our list is onion rings. Super simple to make and extremely delicious. Slice the onion into ring shape in a considerate width and then dip that in a prepared gram flour batter and fry them till golden brown.
