Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP has set a new date for its Iftar and Doa Mahfil with various political parties and related political stakeholders, which were postponed due to unavoidable reasons. The party leaders are going to hold Iftar with the political party on March 19.
BNP senior joint secretary general advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi confirmed this information on Sunday.
Rizvi said that BNP's Iftar Mahfil in honor of the political parties will be held on March 19. In addition, BNP will organize an Iftar Mahfil in honor of professionals on March 21. Party acting chairman Tarique Rahman will be present as the chief guest at the Iftar Mahfil.
Earlier, in a press release sent to the media on Saturday, BNP announced the postponement of the Iftar and Doa Mahfil to be held with various political parties and related political stakeholders. A day later, BNP announced a new date for the Iftar with the political parties.
