- Animal/Plant Breeding
- Hatchery
- Dairy
- Agro-based Startup
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily farm operations with efficient and sustainable practices.
- Oversee feed production to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Lead R&D teams in innovative feed formulations, raw material selection, and integrating feed additives.
- Develop and manage promotional data for marketing new feed products.
- Supervise technical teams to resolve farm claims and provide expert solutions.
- Utilize production and R&D software and Excel for data analysis and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary company information.
