Girl commits suicide in Badda

A receptionist in a private hospital in Dhaka has allegedly commited suicide in South Badda on Sunday.

The deceased was identified as Sumaiya Akhter Anisha, 25.

Afzal Hossain, father of the deceased said, she used to live in South Badda with her husband Mehedi Hasan and her family nearby.

She was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital on Sunday where she was pronounced dead.

Bacchu Miah, police camp in charge in Dhaka Medical College hospital confirmed about the incident and said, the issue has been taken to the Badda police station and her body is now at a morgue for further investigation.
