The main jamaat (Congregation) of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr was held at 8:30 am at Jatiya Eidgah ground in front of the High Court on Monday.
The Eid congregation was held under the supervision of the Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC).
Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus offered Eid prayers at the Jatiya Eidgah ground.
People from different classes and professions, including the members of the Advisory Council, diplomats and dignitaries joined the Eid jamaat at the National Eidgah.
