Currently working on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's grand project "Love and War," Kapoor is set to take on one of his most highly anticipated roles in "Dhoom 4." According to a Times of India report, Kapoor, who has been cast in the lead role for the next installment of the Yash Raj Films franchise, will begin shooting for "Dhoom 4" in April 2026, after completing Bhansali’s film. Rumors suggest Kapoor will undergo a dramatic transformation for the role, appearing in four different looks.
Reports also reveal that the new film will offer a fresh take on the franchise, with the production team working on casting two female leads and a new antagonist. Vijay Krishna Acharya, who helmed the previous installments, is said to be developing an innovative and engaging storyline to revive the series.
Fans have been speculating about Ranbir's alleged involvement with the project for a number of years, and they are keen to see the actor bring a new viewpoint to the franchise.
