Farhan Ahmed Jovan, Mehazabien Chowdhury, and Probir Roy Chowdhury have reunited after a long break in the "Best Friend 2.0."
On the evening of November 7, the production company CMV announced the trio's reunion, a move that was also confirmed by producer Sk Shahed Ali Pappu
Probir, Mehazabien, and Jovan are excited to work together once again.
Jovan said, "After a long break, this trio will be working together again. Since the announcement, we've received an overwhelming response. The audience's expectations of us have only grown."
Meanwhile, Mehazabien spoke about their trio project, saying, "I believe 'Best Friend' was shot in 2018, and it was my first collaboration with director Probir Roy Chowdhury. The drama became quite popular, especially for the song 'Avijog.'
Later, it turned into the 'Best Friend' series, which gained a special place in the hearts of the audience."
Director Probir Roy Chowdhury announced that this time, the story will not follow the traditional format of parts 1, 2, or 3. Instead, it will be titled Best Friend 2.0.
He also mentioned that the drama will be filmed in two phases: the first part in December, followed by the second in January.
Meanwhile, Best Friend 2.0 is expected to be the highest-budget project for the upcoming Valentine’s Day.
