The Online Editors Alliance, an organisation comprising the heads of online and digital divisions of the country’s leading media outlets, has published its first member list.
The announcement was made on Monday, according to a statement.
In its first phase, the alliance has included online editors, digital chiefs, and heads of digital operations from various print, television, and online-based news platforms.
The founding members are: Md. The Online Editors Alliance aims to contribute to the development of digital journalism, policy-making, and the overall growth of online media in Bangladesh, the statement says.
