The Home Ministry has informed the High Court that the government has withdrawn its decision to form a commission to investigate the BDR mutiny and related issues.
The ministry said the government has made the decision as two of the related cases are under trial.
Deputy attorney-general Tanim Khan on Sunday informed the High Court bench headed by Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Debasish Roy Chowdhury.
