National Board of Revenue (NBR) chairman Abdur Rahman Khan warned that those who evade taxes won’t be spared.
He said, “The practice of tax evasion we see in personal or organizational level. However, none will be spared if they evade taxes.”
The NBR chairman said this while talking to reporters after launching the e-return service center to facilitate online filing of income tax returns at Rajaswa Bhavan at Agargaon in the capital on Monday.
Abdur Rahman said that the National Board of Revenue is working tirelessly to convert all transactions into digital form so that taxpayers can get fast and quality services.
NBR Chairman Abdur Rahman and European Union Cooperation Head Michal Kreza were present on the occasion. Then they visited the service center.
