Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq said the government is ready to sit in with the anti-quota protesters at any time.
He said this while briefing to media at Parliament Bhaban tunnel in the capital on Thursday.
“The prime minister has given the charge to me and the education minister to discuss with the agitated students,” Anisul said.
He said initiative has been taken to hear the Appellate Division verdict on High Court order before August 7.
Earlier, State Minister for ICT Zunaid Ahmed Palak informed that the law minister will talk on the movement issue on behalf of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
