As per that account, the highest temperature was recorded on Tuesday at 43 degrees Celsius in Jashore in 52 years after 1972, reports Daily Sun.
A heat wave has been sweeping over many regions of the country for the past several days. Public life has become unbearable due to the severe heat. Some people have reportedly died from heat-related diseases in different areas of the country.
This afternoon, 43 degrees Celsius was recorded in Chuadanga at 3:00 pm. In the history of the district, this is the highest temperature.
