Khaleda Zia returns home from hospital

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia returned to her Gulshan residence on Saturday evening after receiving treatment for four days at a city hospital.

"Madam was discharged from the hospital as per the decision of the medical board. The board took the decision after reviewing her medical test reports. Now she will be treated at home,” Khaleda’s personal physician AZM Zahid Hossain told media.

Khaleda Zia left the hospital at 6:35 pm and reached home at 7:50 pm,” confirmed BNP media wing member Sayrul Kabir Khan.

She was admitted to Evercare Hospital in the capital early Tuesday as she fell sick.
