Police recovered the bodies of a husband and his wife from their house in Kaliganj upazila of Gazipur on Thursday.
The deceased were identified as Iman Ali, 35, son of Manik Mia, resident of Uttargaon under the upazila and Minju Akter, 19, daughter of Abdul Majid of Juguli village of the same upazila.
Anisur Rahman, Officer-in-Charge of Kaliganj Police Station said, being informed, police recovered the bodies of Iman and Minju in the morning. Their bodies were found hanging from the ceiling of the house.
Both of them were tied with a saree, he added.
Police suspect the couple might be committed suicide over a family feud. Details will be known after post mortem, said the police official.
