Army Chief General Waker-uz-Zaman has left the capital on a tour to Russia and Croatia to hold meetings with relevant officials for bolstering bilateral defence cooperation.
General Waker is set to reach Russia on Sunday and wrap up a four-day tour on 10 April. Next, he would visit Croatia and return to the country on 12 April.
During his visits to the European country, he will meet influential military and non-military figures to seek improvements in defence ties. He will also visit military installations and weapons production sites in the two countries during his tour.
