Bangladesh on Friday reported two Covid-19 deaths in the last 24 hours while it recorded 218 coronavirus positive cases during the period.
Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said, "among the Covid-19 fatalities, one death was recorded in Chattogram division and another was recorded in Rajshahi division," reports BSS.
Bangladesh reported 4.75% Covid-19 positive cases as 4,585 samples were tested during last 24 hours, DGHS added.
During the past 24 hours, the combined figure of coronavirus infection in Dhaka district and the capital is 130 while zero Covid-19 death was reported during the period.
The official tally showed that the virus killed 29,312 people and infected 20,08,500 so far.
