Israel air strike has targeted United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) medical facility on Wednesday morning, reports Al Jazeera.
At least 19 people including children were killed during the attack on UNRWA clinic in the Jabalia refugee camp, northern Gaza.
The 19 people include nine children, the director of Gaza’s Health Ministry told the media.
The latest attack comes as Israel launched a widespread bombardment across Gaza this morning, killing at least 21 people and wounding dozens more.
William Deere, director of UNRWA’s Washington office, told Al Jazeera in September that Israeli forces attacked 190 UN-run facilities in the course of the war, “many of them more than once”. That’s despite the agency sharing GPS coordinates with the Israeli military.
