The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has unveiled a multimillion-dollar ad campaign aimed at deterring illegal immigration, with a stern message for those attempting to enter the United States unlawfully.
The campaign features two versions of the ad: one for domestic audiences and another for international viewers. In the domestic ad, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem praises President Donald Trump for "securing the border," urging illegal immigrants to leave the U.S. voluntarily for a chance to return lawfully.
"No one is above the law," Noem declares in the ad, warning criminal migrants that if they enter the country illegally, they will be found and deported. "Criminals are not welcome in the United States," she adds.
The ads, which will be aired across radio, broadcast, and digital platforms, will target both domestic and international audiences, including through social media, text messages, and digital media. The international version echoes the warning, stating that those attempting illegal entry will be "caught and removed."
"Follow the law, and you'll find opportunity. Break it, and you'll face consequences," the campaign's message states.
