The number of Palestinians killed in Israel’s war on Gaza has reached 43,764, the Health Ministry says, reports Al Jazeera.
The death toll includes 28 people killed over the past 24 hours, it said in a statement. Another 103,490 Palestinians have been wounded in attacks since October 2023.
The number of dead is presumed to be far higher with at least 10,000 people believed buried in the vast debris of destroyed buildings in Gaza.
