Israeli ministers congratulate Trump

A minister in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party issue statements congratulating Donald Trump, reports TOI.

He made the congratulatory statement even though US networks other than Fox News are yet to call the presidential race.

“Welcome back Mr. President!!” tweets Education Minister Yoav Kisch, in English.

Culture Minister Miki Zohar writes in Hebrew: “Congratulations to US President-elect Donald Trump. We are already looking forward to the next four years.”

However, Trump promised during the campaign to the Arab Americans to find a solution on Middle East issue, resulting in a massive support for him among Arab Americans.
