Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is considering postponing his son Avner's upcoming wedding due to security concerns related to the ongoing multifront war and drone threats, according to a report by the Kan public broadcaster.
Avner Netanyahu's wedding is scheduled for November 26 at Ronit Farm in the Sharon region, north of Tel Aviv. Kan cites the Prime Minister as expressing to associates that proceeding with the event as planned could pose risks.
The Prime Minister’s Office has not commented on the report. Earlier this month, a Hezbollah drone struck the bedroom window of Netanyahu's private residence in Caesarea, causing damage, although the family was not home at the time.
