Gaza’s civil defense agency said an Israeli air strike early Saturday killed 15 people from a Palestinian family, including nine children and three women, Reuters reports.
The strike hit the home of the Ajlah family in Al-Zawaida neighborhood of central Gaza, civil defense spokesman Mahmud Bassal told AFP.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military (IDF) did not offer an immediate comment.
The IDF is aware of reports of 15 people killed in a Gaza airstrike and is looking into them, a spokesperson said.
The 10-month-long Israel-Hamas war has killed more than 40,000 Palestinians, said Gaza health authorities.
