Russian missiles hit critical infrastructure in Kyiv, Kharkiv and other Ukrainian cities early on Monday which have caused power and water outages.

The country has warned that it would be “risky” for Ukraine to continue exporting grain via the Black Sea after Moscow suspended its participation in an initiative to facilitate shipments.
