Speakers at a seminar held at North South University (NSU) underscored the role of industry-academia alliance in developing management skills.
The seminar titled “Collaborate to Innovate: Bridging Academia with Industry– Seminar on the Development of Management Skills” was held at the Syndicate Hall of the university on March 17.
The seminar brought distinguished academics and industry professionals together to enhance students’ management competencies and career preparedness.
The seminar offered an interactive platform for students from the School of Business & Economics, focusing on essential management skills and innovative strategies for professional success.
Speakers also emphasized strategic self-assessment and the development of key management competencies for corporate success.

Founder President of the Human Resources Professionals Society of Bangladesh (HRPSB) and Professor of Management, School of Business & Economics Department, NSU Dr Mohammad Khasro Miah and Senior Manager & Head of HR at Ulkasemi Pvt. Limited, and Fellow Member of HRPSB Shahariar Rahman addressed the seminar.
