Four people, including a child, were injured as two crude bombs exploded in front of a polling station at Hazaribagh Battala in the capital on Sunday, reports UNB.
The injured were identified as Amir Hossain, 60, Badal Ahmed, 50, his son Tanvir Ahmed, 8, and Maksuda Begum, 50.
Witnesses said miscreants exploded two crude bombs e in front of Battala Jamia Anwarul Uloom Madrasa around 11:30 am, leaving four people injured.
The injured were taken to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital, said Inspector Bachhu Mia, in charge of the police outpost at the hospital.
However, the victims sustained minor injuries and now they are out of danger, he said.
