President M Abdul Hamid will receive Brunei Darussalam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Saturday.
Brunei Darussalam Sultan is scheduled for a three-day state visit to Bangladesh on October 15.
The Sultan is making his maiden visit to Dhaka at the invitation of President M Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
He will be accompanied by the members of the royal family, ministers of various ministries of Brunei and high-level government officials.
Waddaulah will hold a meeting with President Abdul Hamid at the Credential Hall at the Bangabhaban at 7:00 pm on the day.
Later, he is scheduled to sign a visitors' book at Gallery Hall of the Presidential palace.
President Hamid will arrange a state dinner and cultural function in honour of the Sultan at Durbar Hall.
