A Dhaka court has remanded 10 people on different terms in a case lodged over the deaths of five people after a girder of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project fell on their car in capital's Uttara.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mahbub Ahammed passed the order on Friday as police produced crane operator Hridoy, his helper Rakib and safety engineer Zulfikar before the court and pleaded to place them on a 10-day remand, reports Dhaka Tribune.
After hearing the plea, the court placed the three accused on four-day remand each.
