Young pace sensation Nahid Rana has been selected to play in Pakistan Super League (PSL). PSL team Peshawar Zalmi has picked the pacer, who was in the gold category from the draft.
Pakistan Super League (PSL) players' draft is being held at Lahore Fort on Monday. So far, Nahid is the only player from Bangladesh to have been selected. The right-arm pacer is valued at $50,000 in the gold category.
Along with Pakistani cricketers, 510 foreign cricketers have named themselves to play in PSL, While 39 Bangladeshi cricketers were in the list.
Two Bangladeshi cricketers, Mustafizur Rahman and Shakib Al Hasan, are in the platinum category. Both of them remained unsold in the first round. No franchise has shown interest in them.
PSL for 2025 will start on April 8 and end on May 19.
