Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus on Tuesday congratulated Bangladesh Blind Cricket Team for becoming runners-up in the T20 Blind Cricket World Cup held between November 21 and December 3 in Pakistan.
In a message to the team, the Chief Adviser said that the whole nation is proud of their achievement.
Bangladesh lost to host Pakistan by 10 wickets in Multan on Tuesday. Six countries- Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan participated in the fourth edition of the tournament held in Lahore and Multan.
Bangladesh were also runners up in the previous edition held in India in 2022.
