The Akheri Munajat (final prayer) of the second phase of the first segment of Bishwa Ijtema took place on Wednesday between 12:00pm and 12:30pm. The prayer was led by Hafiz Maulana Mohammad Zubair Ahmed, chief of Shura-e-Nizam and a renowned Islamic scholar from Bangladesh.

This information was confirmed by Habibullah Raihan, the media coordinator of Shura-e-Nizam.

Earlier, Maulana Mohammad Zubair Ahmed also led the Akheri Munajat of the first phase.

The last day of the second phase began with Aam Bayan (general sermons), delivered by Maulana Farooq from Bangalore, India, after Fajr prayers.

At 9:30am, Maulana Abdur Rahman from India delivered a Hedayati Bayan (guiding sermon).

Following this, Maulana Ibrahim Dewla from India shared important advice and religious teachings.

The first phase of Shura-e-Nizam’s Bishwa Ijtema concluded last Sunday with the final prayer. The second phase began on Monday and will end today with the Akheri Munajat.

After an eight-day break, the second segment of Bishwa Ijtema – organised by the followers of Maulana Saad – will commence on February 14 and conclude with the final prayer on February 16.

This marks the 58th edition of Bishwa Ijtema, one of the largest Islamic congregations in the world.
