After three days, renowned singer Sabina Yasmin, returned home from the hospital at around 12:00pm on Tuesday.
Singer Jahangir Sayeed has confirmed the news to the media. He said, “Sabina Apa has been discharged from the hospital. She returned home this afternoon. Her condition is good now.There are no complications. However, she will have to rest for a while.”
Earlier, Sabina Yasmin took to the stage to sing at an event last Friday. She suddenly fell ill on stage. Then she was quickly taken to a hospital in the capital’s Gulshan area. After receiving primary treatment, she was taken home at night. Then, when her physical condition deteriorated slightly in the morning, she was taken to a private hospital in Dhanmondi.
The songbird finally returned home after receiving medical treatment there.
It may be mentioned that, Sabina Yasmin was away from singing due to illness. She said that she deliberately did not want to inform everyone about her illness. After cancer treatment, she had to go to Singapore for regular follow-up. She returned to Dhaka in May after treatment.
