Pakistan won the toss and opted to field against Afghanistan in the Super Four match of the Asia Cup at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in Dubai of the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday.
After winning the toss, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam said, “We are going to bowl first. The pitch looks like nice and the second thing is the dew factor. That's why we are bowling first. Hopefully, we pick early wickets and restrict them. We have the same team.”
In their first Super Four match, Pakistan won against India. On the other hand, Afghanistan was defeated by Sri Lanka in their first Super Four match.
