Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is going to the USA on Monday night to play in Caribbean Premier League Cricket-CPL T20.
BCB protocol officer Wasim Khan said that the T20 captain will fly in a flight at 3:20 am on Tuesday.
Tigers will start their training session on Saturday ahead of the tri-nation series in New Zealand and the T20 World Cup in Australia under new technical consultant Sridharan Sriram.
Shakib will not join the session. Rather he will play in CPL and will directly go to New Zealand to play the tri-nation series.
However, the world's best all-rounder will spend time with his family in the United States before joining the CPL.
BCB Cricket Operations Committee Chairman Jalal Yunus said, “Sakib has been given a no objection letter long ago. He can play CPL and will join the team in New Zealand.”
