Farin's latest web series has just been released, and she has also become part of a new web project. She shared details about her packed schedule and other matters in a recent interview with the media.
In a recent media interview, Farin discussed her series ‘Chokro’ and said, "The audience has given fantastic feedback."
She also mentioned that because of the positive response, the second season of the series is now in production.
She recalled that from the start of filming, the team experienced some truly frightening and bizarre events. Even after the series was released, she struggled with a dry throat and had nightmares during her sleep.
Fans on Facebook were also sharing their terrifying experiences. Sharing her frightening experiences from the shoot, Farin said, "From the very beginning of the shoot, strange things started happening. It was completely unnatural. For no reason, I fainted once during the shoot. After that, the director broke his leg." She added "We also received news of several deaths. During the shoot, I frequently had nightmares. In addition, many strange and unexplained events occurred within the shooting unit, which we still can't make sense of. Despite all these incidents, we managed to finish the project."
When asked about leaving the film project with Dev in Kolkata, Farin said, "There was no big reason. I was supposed to work in a film called 'Protiksha' in Kolkata, but due to visa issues, I couldn’t continue with the project. The shoot was set to start in November, and if I couldn’t make it in time, it would cause problems for the whole team, including other actors' schedules. After thinking about it, I decided to leave the project."
Talking about her upcoming projects, Farin shared, "I’m planning for the second season of ‘Chokro, as there are still some mysteries left to be solved. I'm also working on a web film called ‘How Sweet’. I’m focusing on getting into my character for that one. The film is directed by Ami (Kajol Arefin Ami) bhai, and my co-star is Apurba (Ziaul Faruq Apurba) bhai. This will be my second OTT project with him, and we’re excited about it. We’ll start shooting soon, and after we wrap up, I’ll share more about it. Besides that, I’m also involved in music. As I’ve mentioned earlier, I’ll be working on music regularly, and I’ll have updates to share soon."
She also took a moment to give advice to her fans regarding social media and said, “These days, even the smallest things can spark debates on social media. A simple comment or photo can lead to lots of discussions and criticism. I’ve got a message about this: I don’t want to waste time on these things.”
Then She added, “I don’t let what others think or say about me affect me. If I start dwelling on it, I won’t be able to focus on my work. As long as I stay focused and on the right track, everything will be fine. That’s why I advise my fans to be careful. Don’t believe everything you see on social media—always check the facts first.”
Farin made her debut on the small screen in 2017 with the drama ‘Amra Abar Phirbo Kabe’. After that, she worked in commercials and went on to appear in TV dramas, web films, and series. In 2022, her journey in Tollywood began with a role in the film ‘Aro Ek Prithibi’, directed by Atanu Ghosh.
