Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has reached the Dhaka Cantonment to share the joy of Eid-ul-Azha with the army personnel and exchange greetings.

The release said that the Prime Minister is currently at the Dhaka Cantonment to exchange greetings with the army personnel and share the joy of Eid on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
Earlier in the morning, the Prime Minister participated in the main congregation of the holy Eid-ul-Azha at the National Eidgah Maidan and offered prayers. After that, he directly attended the grave yard of his perents located in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar. There, he stood in silence for a while and paid deep respect to the memory of his late parents. After that, he offered special prayers and supplications seeking forgiveness for the souls of his father, martyred President Ziaur Rahman, and mother, former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia. Prayers are also offered for the peace, prosperity of the country, and the well-being of the Muslim Ummah.
