HC summons Home Secretary

HC summons Home Secretary

High Court has summoned Nasimul Ghani, the Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, to explain the Protection Guidelines 2025 regarding the special security provided to important/distinguished individuals.

He has been instructed to appear in court on March 18 to provide an explanation on the matter.

The order was given by the High Court bench of Justice Fatema Najib and Justice Sikder Mahmudur Razi on Thursday (March 6).
