A meeting on “Experts’ Opinions on Ramadan Diet Plan” took place at Garlic and Ginger Restaurant in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, on Friday, organized by the Association of Nutritionists and Dietitians for Social Service (ANDSS).
The session kicked off with an opening address by Tamanna Chowdhury, General Secretary of ANDSS, followed by remarks from prominent senior nutritionists who attended as special guests.
Discussions centered around the importance of a balanced diet during Ramadan, with particular focus on the key roles of Iftar and Sehri in maintaining health while fasting. Experts emphasized the significance of proper meal planning and cooking techniques that ensure nutritional integrity throughout the holy month.
The event concluded with a closing speech by Shamsunnahar Mahua, President of ANDSS.
