Shafiqul Alam, the Chief Advisor's press secretary, has said if anyone is found distributing leaflets of Awami League (AL), then he/she will be arrested.
He said this at a briefing held at the Foreign Service Academy in the capital on Monday evening.
The Press Secretary said, "Our strong message is that those who will carry out programs in favor of the fallen government will not be given any concessions. The writings on the Awami League leaflets are very objectionable. Therefore, those who distribute these leaflets will be arrested."
Shafiqul Alam said, “The Parishad has reported that 23 people have died in various incidents since August 5, which is false information. In addition, the information reported about 174 incidents is also not correct. The police did not get information about those incidents after investigating.”
Deputy press secretary Abul Kalam Azad Majumder, senior assistant press secretary Faiz Ahmed were present at the time.
