The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has predicted mainly dry weather across the country for the next 24 hours starting on Monday morning, reports BSS.
"Weather may remain dry with a temporary partly cloudy sky over the country," the BMD forecast stated.
According to the Met Office, the ridge of the sub-continental high extends up to Bihar and adjoining areas, while a seasonal low lies over the South Bay.
Moderate to dense fog may occur in parts of the country from midnight to morning, which could disrupt air navigation, inland river transport, and road communication.
Night temperatures may drop by 1-3 degree Celsius, while day temperatures may fall slightly.
The highest temperature on Sunday was 30.3 degree Celsius in Teknaf, while the lowest temperature recorded today was 12.4 degree Celsius in Tetulia.
In Dhaka, the sunset is at 5:46 PM today, and the sunrise tomorrow will be at 6:38 AM.
