BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said, "The people of Bangladesh have not taken the extension of genocidal Sheikh Hasina's Indian visa positively”
He made this statement on Wednesday morning after meeting with the families of four individuals killed in the July uprising in Gandaria, Dhaka.
Accusing Sheikh Hasina’s close associates of being involved in the printing business, Rizvi added, "The Education Adviser has made a casual remark regarding the distribution of textbooks for the new year."
He called for the prosecution of those who took up arms against the people. He also demanded that all establishments named after Sheikh Hasina’s associates be renamed in honor of the martyrs.
Rizvi further alleged that the government raised prices of essential commodities under international pressure, betraying public expectations.
