Children across the country are affected by cold related diseases and the numbers are on the rise.
Among the admitted patients in hospitals with cold related diseases, most of them are children.
According to media report, children are being suffered from pneumonia, bronchitis, asthma, respiratory complications and diarrhoea.
In the last one week, more than 30 children died from cold related diseases in different hospitals of the country.
Hospital authorities are failing to provide adequate number of beds as the number of patients is high compared to number of beds in children wards in hospitals.
Under this situation, children suffering from cold related problems are facing tough time. Most of the admitted patients in hospitals are part of the impoverished families.
Physicians claim that children are suffering from cold related diseases due to lack of awareness of guardians.
It has been advised by doctors to use warm clothes and avoid outside movement. Besides, advice of doctors is must if children suffer from any cold related complications.
