Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque has said all valiant freedom fighters are being provided with medical treatment for free of cost at divisional, district and upazila hospitals and some 23 other specialised hospitals.
Therefore, advance money has been allocated for these hospitals.
He made this disclosure at a discussion held at the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs in the capital on Tuesday.
Mozammel Haque said all services of the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs are being provided in digital mode.

He said the honorary allowance of valiant freedom fighters is being given through G-to-P (Government to Person) method, from Bangladesh Bank to a cell phone message.
Under this system, the government bears all ancillary surcharges, he added.
