Cabinet Secretary pays courtesy call on President

New Cabinet Secretary Kabir Bin Anwar paid a courtesy call on President M Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban in the capital on Monday evening.

"During the meeting, the President congratulated the new cabinet secretary for getting the optimum capacity in Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS)," said President's Press Secretary Mohammad Joynal Abedin, reports BSS.

During the meeting, the cabinet secretary sought the direction and cooperation of the President in fulfilling his assignments.

Abdul Hamid wished Kabir Bin Anwar's success in the days to come.

President's Office Secretary Sampad Barua, Military Secretary Major General SM Salahuddin Islam, Press Secretary Md Joynal Abedin and Secretary (attached) Md Wahidul Islam Khan were present.
