Dhallywood actor Zayed Khan has been residing in the United States for several months. After spending time there, he has ventured into a new profession.
He has become a part of the Bengali newspaper 'Thikana,' published in New York. This will mark the actor's debut as a presenter.
He will host an entertainment talk show on Thikana's digital platform, with appearances from celebrities in the showbiz and film industry.
Zayed confirmed the information to Bangladesh Protidin during a phone call, stating, "You can watch me on Thikana while I’m overseas. The show will be a talk show with an entertainment focus, and I’ll be presenting Bangladesh's culture and cinema to the world. This is my first time as a presenter, so I'm feeling a bit nervous, but I hope the audience will embrace it."
The actor also expressed, "Thikana is doing great work for the country abroad, especially for Bengali-speaking communities. I am grateful to 'Thikana' for involving me in such an initiative."
Zayed moved to New York in July 2024. Since then, he has not returned to the country and has been staying there.
