The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted light to moderate fog in certain areas of the country during the late night to morning hours, while the rest of the country is expected to experience dry weather with occasional partly cloudy skies, reports BSS.
The Meteorological Office stated that rain or thunder showers are expected to occur in one or two areas across the Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, and Barishal.
A trough of westerly low lies over West Bengal and adjoining areas. Seasonal low lies over the South Bay.
Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, Met office predicts.
The BMD recorded yesterday's lowest temperature at 13.6 degrees Celsius in Sreemangal,Sylhet and today's maximum temperature as 32.0 degrees Celsius in Baghabari, Rajshahi.
