Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Sunday forecasted that weather may remain mainly dry over the country for the next 24 hours begins from this morning, reports BSS.
“Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country”, said the forecast begins from 9am Sunday.
Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to West Bengal and adjoining area. Seasonal low lies over South Bay, extending it's trough to Northeast Bay.
Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country during late night till morning.
Night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded 32.0 degrees Celsius at Teknaf, and the minimum temperature was recorded 11.0 degrees Celsius at Srimangal.
