Natundhara Bangladesh (NDB) has demanded the life sentence of former IGP Benazir Ahmed and Matiur Rahman, president of the National Board of Revenue's (NBR) Customs, Excise and VAT Appellate Tribunal, and burned their effigies.
It also demanded a list of all corrupt officials of the government.
The demand came from a rally in front of Jatiya Press Club on Friday.
The party’s chairman Momin Mehedi presided over the rally.
He warned the government to prepare a list of corrupt persons within one month to save the country, countrymen and the country's economy. Otherwise, they will besiege the Anti-Corruption Commission office.
