Sale of advance train tickets for Eid-ul-Azha from Jun 2

The sale of advance train tickets on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Azha will start on June 2.

All the tickets will be sold online.  

Railways Minister Md Zillul Hakim confirmed the matter at a press conference held at the Rail Bhaban in the capital on Tuesday.

He said tickets for all intercity trains plying in the western regions will be sold from 8:00 am onwards. The tickets for all intercity trains running in the eastern regions will be sold from 12:00 pm onwards.

The advance tickets for travelling on June 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 will be sold on June 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 respectively, added the minister.
