Bangladesh HC in Brunei celebrates Eid-ul-Fitr

Bangladesh High Commission in Brunei organised a colourful programme to celebrate the Hari Raya Aidilfitri (Eid-ul-Fitr) on Saturday.

The Eid celebration was joined by the distinguished community members of Bangladesh, Brunei, India and Malaysia.

The Bangladesh High Commissioner Nahida Rahman Shumona welcomed the invited guests and exchanged Eid greetings with them. The event was enlivened by several delicious dishes which were served for all.

The Bangladesh High Commissioner addressed the Bangladeshi community and thanked them for sending remittances regularly through proper channels and she requested them to work hard to realize Bangabandhu’s dream of Sonar Bangla and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s vision of Smart Bangladesh 2041.

She wholeheartedly thanked everyone for their active and joyful participation at the event.
