2 sentenced to death for murder in Gopalganj

A court in Gopalganj today sentenced two persons to death for murdering a ride-sharing motorcyclist Ali Akbar in the district in2008.

The court also fined them taka one lakh each.

District Additional and Session Judge Md Abbas Uddin handed down the verdict to Sumon Mollah, 35, and Nuru Farazi, 34, residents of Rajoir upazila in Madaripur district.
